Worsted weight yarns

Worsted weight yarns are a great choice for faster projects and warming knits! They're great if you want to see the progress you make each time you sit down with your project, and work very well for outdoorsy sweaters and big, cosy cardigans. Cables normally look lovely in worsted weight yarns! 

Yarns are divided into different categories depending on how thick they are, and how many stitches per 10 cm they normally create. Worsted weight yarns are great for warming projects like woolen sweaters and cosy cardigans, or a big, soft shawl. Worsted weight yarns typically knit up well at around 16-20 sts/10 cm.
