Retrosaria (Portuguese for haberdashery) is a Portuguese yarn brand founded in 2008. They have made it their mission to raise the value of traditional Portuguese wool, working with native breeds and specific flocks to make high-quality yarns for hand knitting. At Elk market yarn, you'll find Mondim and Pegulhal - both made from 100% Portuguese wool, grown, scoured, dyed and spun in Portugal.
