Petrified wood and silver branch necklace 1

This necklace holds an oval piece of red banded petrified wood with some metallic shimmer, attached to a real branch cast in silver. The branch lies horizontally and the chain is attached to the rings at each end of the branch. Lightly oxidised and with a chain with two length options, around 43 and 46 cm in length. 

The branch is cast by a British metal artist and the stone is cut by my local lapidarian friends. Each piece is unique and even if the general design can be remade, the rock is one of a kind and there are no two necklaces that look exactly the same. The chain has a hand made clasp stamped with my my maker's mark LHL and a 925 silver stamp, and the stone measures around 2x1 cm.
